This design was influenced by a journey through Rio Arriba County from Durango to Santa Fe. The skies were filled with dense clouds, resulting in snowfall over the mountain road. As we arrived in Abiquiu, the storm cleared, revealing the radiant Southwestern sun that illuminated the cottonwood groves and created striking contrasts of light and shadow throughout the landscape.
